title: the cleint serivce group is the 'window into jpmorgan' for our cleint base, therefore effectively giving the client a single point of contact for all of their servicing requirements. the team work in partnreship with the clients to ensure agreed service levels are met and future needs understood.we offer a complete range of financial services to help clients achieve their goals. the role is also responsible for building and maintaining a network of partners throughout the wss and t&ss product and service delivery organisation in order to promote and sustain client service excellence, in addition.the role is also the escalation point and will manage, communicate, own and resolve significant client isuses.governments, including corporations, healthcare organizations, 000 clients, we serve nearly 20, education institutions, banks and investors, states, municipalities.
the position manages a group of client service officers and professionals and communicates clear strategic direction to the team which promotes the identification of continuous service improvements.
key responsibilities include but not limited to:
day to day manaegment of a team of client service professionals and officers to maintain effective delivery and ensure that all custody slas are met
effective line management of staff, including appraisals and development planning· manage the relationship with across all ops araes, ensuring any service issues are clearly communicated and escalated as appropriate.our clients operate in more than 100 countries.
identify and implmeent the re-engineering of internal process efficiencies i.p. morgan is a leading global investment bank with one of the largest client bases in the world. g. fx and cash (liaison with treasury services with regard to cash issues across custody accounts)
custody reltaed client reporting (that exists in client service today)
