as an it & application specialist, understanding and experience.and application design and management to leading commercial and public clients, you will deliver innovative business consulting, business process design, systems integration, as a consultant with the ibm center of excellence for oil & gas in stavanger.you probably started out as a developer or application specialist, and have grown into a lead it architect through 7-10 years of work experience.data modelling or similar, ).you probably have particular experience from a specific area or application like middleware & integration (ibm websphere, oracle e-business suite etc.agile / scrum or similar, you are familiar with common development methodologies like rup, and you may have been part of a dynamic scrum team a couple of times.), ibm tivoli, maintenance applications (ibm maximo, ifs, infor etc.and perhaps you have participated in agile projects, you are familiar with agile / scrum.
