in depth knowlegde and experience in microsoft system center operations mabager, the forefront portfolio (especially tmg and uag)

understanding of it architecture implementation & it technologies installations/customizations/integrations/tuning
understanding of business to it alignment requirements and technology implications
understanding of it managed services contract requirements and appropriate technologies
risk analysis and management during implementation
